Just around the corner from our original location at Brookwood Elementary, the Brookwood Farmers' market is now located at Caney Creek Preserve ~ A New Park in South Forsyth.

CCP is located on Caney Road, accessible via Brookwood Road, Old Alpharetta Road or Christopher Robin Road.

Grand Opening Friday May 17th
The market will continue through September every Friday 4-7 pm, rain or shine

The Brookwood Farmers’ Market is designed to connect families, friends, neighbors, and visitors with their local food producers and businesses to create a sense of community and social gathering which will serve to enhance their quality of life.
