We raise chicken and pigs to provide you and yours with delicious meats and eggs. They are raised without chemicals, antibiotics or medicines and a non-GMO feed to supplement the pasture they live on.

 

Fresh & Frozen Organic Hawaiian Shave Ice

We offer a cool, refreshing, healthy alternative to the summer heat.  Our syrup is certified organic made from organic fruit juices and colors and thickened with an organic rice based syrup. No HFCS! We also offer naturally flavored sugar-free (splenda) syrups for our valued customers who cannot have naturally derived sugar.  Come by and see Leilani the hula girl dance while we shave your ice!

We use only the freshest and finest ingredients that allows us to offer you the best tasting blending seasonings, infused oils and vinegars that you will ever experience so now you can make traditional Italian dishes easily at your in just minutes in a Italian way!

Watsonia Farms

Watsonia Farms is the only substantial grower of certified USDA Organic peaches anywhere in the eastern United States, and all peaches and produce from Watsonia Farms are certified by the USDA for Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) in the field and Good Handling Practices (GHP) after the harvest.

 

The European Wine Table

We specialized in gourmet wine gelees (jellies).  Three flavors….Bordeaux Rouge (red), Bordeaux Blanc (white), and Cote du Rhone Rose (rose).

 

GRM Mozzarella LLC d/b/a Orobianco

We produce the best fresh mozzarella cheese and other fresh cheeses right in our premises in Snellville, GA.  Our milk is all natural, hormone free and gmo free! Real milk, real cheese!

Coles Lake Creamery

We make farm-fresh artisan goat cheeses. We have a variety of flavors in both Chevre and Feta cheeses. Our products are both hormone and antibiotic free. Our cheese is made with our own milk by the owners of Coles Lake Creamery. We never purchase outside milk to make our cheese.

 

Leilani’s Gardens

We are a Certified Naturally Grown farm. We grow produce, herbs, flowers (annual and perennials), hanging baskets, container and veggie plants.

 

Big Daddy Biscuits, LLC

Big Daddy Biscuits makes all natural and organic dog biscuits.  To aid with fleas (Flee Flea), digestion (Dinner Mints) to just tasting great (Crunch Peanut Butter and Turkey Bacon).  Sourcing ingredients from local Georgia farmers we are supporting our loconomy and knowing where the food comes from when treating the dogs.  If we are going to eat healthy…so should the dogs

 

B & E Produce

A small family farm located in Cumming that specializes in growing high quality seasonal produce. As they come into season we will offer numerous varieties of cherry, hybrid and heirloom tomatoes, beans, beets, blueberries, carrots, corn, cucumbers, eggplant, okra, onions, peppers, raspberries, squash, and zucchini. We believe local produce grown using natural principles contributes to the health and sustainability of our community.

 

La Calavera Bakery

We are a from scratch bakery. We use organic non gmo flour and our specialty is a sprouted ezekiel bread that we sprout our own grains and legumes for and mill fresh for each market. We also make hand rolled croissants and mexican style sweet breads.

Bob & Bev Bradbury’s delicious raw wild flower honey will not only satisfy your taste buds but it will also be very effective in building up your immune system against the onslaught of allergies that can be so debilitating during the growing season. On their property, they grow over 200 kinds of flowers, 36 kinds of  vegetables, 12 kinds of fruit, many herbs and other bushes and trees. The bees not only pollinate the plants but bring back to the hives the pollen and nectar from which they make the honey. They also carry sourwood honey from their hives in Habersham County and tupelo which, because it doesn’t have dextrose in its makeup, can be tolerated by many diabetics. No insecticides are ever used on any of their products

We are a family operated farm – we raise Berkshire pork – pastured with a big Hog Wallar – We feed locally grown corn making the pork as GMO Free as possible since GMO blows in the air..  The Hereferd /Devonshire Cattle are grass fed with hay in winter.   Our chickens are free range – they are also fed local grown cracked corn. We also have
big brown farm eggs from free range hens.

I just saw the calendar announcement in the paper on June 25, 2010. I will be there next week-delighted to have such a wonderful variety of LOCAL organic vendors in our neighborhood…FINALLY!!!

Also, when I get my blog up I will will add this site!! We need to spread the word and support our local farmers first.

My daughter and I shared Garlic Clove Foods Spicy Cajun Pilaf tonight for dinner–healthy vegetarian meal (though I’m not a vegetarian). It was delicious, filling, and—healthy! Yum!
